Discovery
A 60–90 minute working call. We walk through your close calendar, current reporting, finance team structure, and the questions you can't yet answer with your numbers. By the end you'll know which tier fits — and if we're not the right operator, we'll tell you.

Onboarding
Access to your stack — CentralReach, QuickBooks or Sage, payroll, bank feeds. The first month is about landing the close on time, stabilizing the reporting cadence, and pulling a baseline owner snapshot of where the business actually is.

Operating rhythm
Monthly close by the 12th. Owner dashboard by the 15th. A 60-minute strategic check-in every month. Board-quality reporting as needed. You read the 8–10 numbers that actually matter in under a minute.

Rolling 12-month forecast review. Scenario modeling — hiring, payer-mix shifts, geographic expansion, PE readiness. Annual planning in Q4. The CFO work most ABA owners say they should be doing but never have.
